Happy first real day back at work day-ish, kind of unless it's a snow day for you.... Wow did 2025 start mostly 'ISH' already. Last week was a kinda-sorta-maybe you had to work a couple days week, but our kids were still off school so it was a sort of start. Then sickness knocked me out so my productivity plans went out the window in exchange for a snuggly couch day and then SNOW. So our kids are home again and it yet again doesn't quite have the usual Monday vibe. And trust, I actually DO love a Monday vibe starting the week out strong and productive and its more of a productive-ish one more again around here.
BUT, in an attempt to wrangle the productivity of the day/week/month back up to an 11 I get to share an unbelievably powerful and productive and forward-thinking team with you: The North Star Real Estate team! I got the chance to work with Billy and Adam first with their Relocating Columbia and Marketplace Magazine stories/ads but this year we expanded and looped in the whole team for our full year branding partnership. This team jumped in on one of only a couple spots for this partnership that I opened up for our Missouri clients in 2024 and it's been so much fun to meet the whole team and create personal yet coordinated brand images for each agent.
As you know, if you run a team, these folks are INDIVIDUALS that are part of the overall brand which means our image work is doing double duty. We want to represent the brand well so images feel like North Star wherever you see them in print, publication, signage, websites, etc. But, we also want to make each individual fall in love with their images and give the audience/market a feel for who they are as a person. Afterall, we know in a market with a ton of photographers, realtors, stylists, etc the one thing that each of us has that no one can compete with is US. It's important that you find the realtor that you know, like and trust and it's my job to make sure their images give a little window to show you who they are so you know they're the perfect fit for you!
