MMMMKAAAAY.... the first time I photographed Chloe was in the living room of our first home in Decatur (shoutout Sunset over on the west end and our charming rental home!). And now I've had the honor to create with these girls a number of times, for family portraits and through Atiana's senior year. And, as always I think the 'last' family portrait at year 18 is just as important as the first when they're newborns.

While, yes, I know they're always your kids there is a shift when they move out of your care and become adults so I love love love to create these last year family portraits. Often the next ones we create are years later and include additions to the families like new spouses or little ones (which is still FUN, but it's different). The most fun with this session was that Dawnyelle was up for wherever I chose even when I said 'parking garage?' - YES! I love the vibe, that it's something a little different and also that it fit their style really well too.

This year I have only a select number of family sessions available in both MO and IL and will be dropping a new unique legacy portrait style coming very soon so keep an eye out.
