Everyone needs a new headshot portrait, but getting them done is a hassle so it's easily put off. You can add real value to your next office party, customer appreciation event, staff retreat, tradeshow booth, conference, etc with the valuable offering of new updated headshot portraits.


Plus, our system takes ALL of the pre/post event work out of the equation for you. We do it all!

We organize camera time every 3-6 minutes to avoid inconvenient waits  & to keep things running flawlessly even for 100s of guests.

Care & variety is key! We take care to pose and pay attention to detail so we're creating images guests will love. Plus, in many cases we'll create variety including seated/standing/lighting & pose changes to give each guest a unique yes coordinated image.

When do guests want to view their images? NOW! So that's what we do. iPad viewing is available immediately following their camera time and image selection is completed right then to allow for fast delivery!

Image delivery & management is again handled 100% by us. We'll provide you with a master gallery of all images chosen and provide individual galleries to each guest with ONLY their images inside.

III. Prep & Reminders

Our pre-session emails will ensure guest know what to wear, the process to expect, when/where to arrive & what backdrop color we'll use. This prevents additional communication from you prior to the event.

Our headshot events have been sponsored by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, Chariton Valley Communications, OpenPhone, Network Solutions Unlimited, Brightli to name a few.


How does sponsorship work? The sponsor can cover all/part of the cost and sponsorship includes repeated touch points and continued visibility in front of each guest. Hosts and Sponsors receive:

  • Logo included in header on reservation page.
  • Name/Link included in initial reservation email.
  • Name/Link in reminder email (day prior).
  • Signage (provided by sponsor) displayed at headshot area.
  • Digital Flyer included in client galleries (forever presence).
  • Name/Link included in gallery open email.
  • Contact information for all guests for ongoing lead follow up.

Events start at $495 (setup + 2 hours) with images available on a sliding scale based on usage and number of guests. Web images as low as $20 each when over 100 guests!
